Smart Chip Technology
When the battery charge falls below its minimum voltage level we trickle charge. Trickle charge mode prevents the battery from charging at a high rate when the battery resistance is lowest, and thereby minimizes heat dissipation and protect your phone's battery. Generally, the charge rate during pre-charge runs about 10 percent of the full charge capacity. Once the battery reaches that minimum voltage level, the charger switches to a constant-current or fast-charge mode, and your phone will fully charge in no time.

What do the different tube / rope colors mean?
Each color resistance tube corresponds to a different resistance level, with a total resistance weight of 100lbs: Yellow - 10lbs, Blue - 15lbs, Red - 20lbs, Green - 25lbs, Black - 30lbs.
How do I know which resistance band to start with?
You will have 5 different levels of resistance available, so you can start with the least resistance and work your way up to the most. Then you can combine the tension bands to get more resistance as you get stronger.
Are the bands interchangeable?
Yes. You can use one band at a time with a single level of resistance, typically with a handle on one end of the band and the other end either anchored (if it's a one-arm exercise like a rotator cuff rotation) or with a second handle (like a bicep curl or back row).
You can also connect multiple exercise bands at once to the handles, and they will function as a single tension band.
How do you use the door attachment?
Put the resistance band through the loop on the door attachment. Put the hard plastic part of the door attachment over the top of the door, shut the door. Slowly pull the band to bring the door anchor up tight against the door. If you can, try to lock the door so someone doesn't open the door while you have the band stretched.
What kind of exercises can I do with these bands?
The most common exercise is pulldowns. This is where you mount your PullFit™️ bands over the door using the supplies soft wedge. Grab the weight you want to use using both hands pull down from your arms straight out -- down to your side.
