Please note that if you order multiple different products, they will arrive in separate packages and may arrive on different dates. When a product we are selling becomes out of stock, our California distribution center may order the product from our China distribution center to fulfill the order.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, pandemics, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for nearly every order, but cannot guarantee accuracy of the information once it's out of our hands. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. Please email us at hello@parkersdeals.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "Cancel My Order" and provide us with your order number.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at hello@parkersdeals.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within two business days.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment of our packages. We apologize sincerely if this happens to you!

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for buyers remorse or if you ordered the wrong item.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases or that contain batteries.

- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, software, video game, that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
